Paylix (payments/feedback): payment method, email, approximate location, product purchased, IP address, device and browser details, amount paid, time of payment, and current time zone; feedback you submit is stored in Paylix.

Other payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Cryptomus, or similar): they collect payment method details, email, device/browser information, transaction amount, currency, time, billing data, and fraud/verification signals according to their policies. We receive limited transaction metadata (status, amount, timestamp) and do not store full card data.

Information you voluntarily provide in forms or support (for example, Discord username, email, order references) is used only to service your request.

Provide and operate the Service, including processing orders and delivering Products through payment processors.

Secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms.

Support users and respond to requests.

Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations and maintain records.

We do not set cookies for analytics or tracking. Third-party processors (such as Paylix or other payment providers) may use their own cookies or similar technologies according to their privacy policies.

Service providers: Paylix (stores feedback and may handle payments), payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Cryptomus, or others depending on your choice), hosting/CDN, and communication tools. Refer to each provider's privacy policy for their practices.

Legal and compliance: to comply with applicable law, enforce our Terms, or protect our rights or users.

Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

We do not sell personal data.

We do not retain IP addresses long term. Other data is kept only as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Aggregated or de-identified data may be kept longer.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as contractual protections) for cross-border transfers.
