These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "user") and DiscTools ("DiscTools", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Service or purchasing any Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
1.1. You may use the Service only if you are the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
1.2. You confirm all information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Changes to Terms
2.1. We may modify these Terms at any time.
2.2. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
3. Nature of the Service
3.1. DiscTools provides access to digital products and digital services, including but not limited to digital accounts, licenses, keys, tokens, access bundles, time-limited services, boosts, and similar digital items.
3.2. All Products are digital-only. No physical items are shipped.
4. Account and Security
4.1. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
4.2. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
4.3. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, abuse, fraud, or legal reasons.
5. Orders and Payments
5.1. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject it at our discretion.
5.2. Prices may change at any time. The price at checkout is final for that order.
5.3. You authorize us or our processors to charge your payment method.
5.4. Taxes or fees may be added depending on your jurisdiction.
5.5. We may limit orders for fraud prevention.
6. Digital Delivery & Completion of Sale
6.1. A Product is considered delivered once:
It is shown to you, emailed to you, or made available in your order page; or
It is activated or applied to the relevant account or service.
6.2. Once digital delivery occurs, the sale is complete and final, subject only to:
Our Warranty Policy (see Section 8);
Mandatory non-waivable consumer rights.
6.3. You must ensure you can access your email or account to receive delivery.
7. License & Restrictions
7.1. Unless stated otherwise, Products are licensed - not sold - under a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.
7.2. You may not:
Resell, share, distribute, or sublicense Products;
Modify or bypass technical restrictions;
Use Products for unlawful, abusive, automated, or fraudulent activity;
Use the Service in violation of any applicable law.
7.3. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by DiscTools.
8. Warranty
8.1. DiscTools does not provide any warranty beyond what is defined in our Warranty Policy.

8.3. By purchasing any Product, you acknowledge that the Warranty Policy governs how warranty works, what is covered, how claims are handled, and any applicable claim deadlines.
8.4. Nothing in these Terms limits your non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
9. Refunds, Store Credit & Discount Codes
9.1. Due to the nature of digital Products, all sales are generally final after delivery.
9.2. Refunds are not guaranteed and may only be granted if required by mandatory law or at our sole discretion.
9.3. If we choose to assist voluntarily, we may provide (at our discretion) a correction or adjustment, a replacement, store credit, or a one-time discount code.
9.4. Credits and discount codes have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money, may have limits or expiry, and apply only to eligible Products on DiscTools.
9.5. Using any of these remedies (store credit, discount code, replacement, etc.) counts as full and final settlement of the related matter.
10. Prohibited Actions
You agree not to:
Use the Service for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
Abuse promotions, coupons, or referral systems;
Interfere with or disrupt the Service;
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
Violate the terms or rules of any platform where Products may be used.
We may suspend or terminate your access if we suspect violations.
11. Third-Party Platforms and Services
11.1. Products may interact with third-party platforms, systems, or services.
11.2. We are not responsible for their availability or performance, their policy changes or enforcement actions, or suspensions, restrictions, or access blocks imposed by them.
11.3. Your use of those platforms is governed solely by their terms.
12. No Affiliation
12.1. DiscTools is an independent platform.
12.2. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Discord Inc. or any other company, brand, or service referenced on the website.
12.3. All names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification and descriptive purposes.
13. Intellectual Property
13.1. The Service and its content are owned by or licensed to DiscTools.
13.2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
13.3. Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used freely by us.
14. User Content
14.1. If you submit reviews or other content ("User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for the operation and promotion of the Service.
14.2. You remain responsible for your User Content.
15. Chargebacks
15.1. You agree to contact us first before initiating a chargeback.
15.2. Unjustified disputes may lead to account termination, loss of Products or credits, and evidence submission to contest the dispute.
16. Suspension & Termination
16.1. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, break the law, engage in fraud, or create security risks.
16.2. Certain obligations (payments, liability limits, dispute resolution) continue after termination.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
17.1. Except where required by law, the Service and Products are provided "as-is" and "as available."
17.2. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted.
18. Limitation of Liability
18.1. To the maximum extent allowed by law, DiscTools is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost revenue or data, or issues arising from third-party platforms.
18.2. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in dispute.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold DiscTools harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
20. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
20.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
20.2. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Czech Republic / Prague, except where mandatory law says otherwise.
20.3. You agree to contact us first and attempt to resolve disputes in good faith.
