Warranty Policy
Policy Overview
Last updated: December 2025
This Warranty Policy ("Policy") applies to all digital products and services ("Products") sold through DiscTools ("we," "us," "our").
By purchasing or using any Product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. Scope of Warranty
1.1. This is a limited warranty that applies solely to the proper delivery and initial functionality of the Products as described on their respective product pages at the time of purchase.
1.2. This Policy applies to all categories of digital Products, including but not limited to:
Digital accounts or credentials
Time-limited digital access
Subscriptions or memberships
Enhancements, upgrades, or boosts
Keys, codes, licenses, or tokens
Any other electronically delivered services
1.3. This warranty does not guarantee uninterrupted use of any third-party platform, application, or system upon which the Product may rely.
2. Service Validity Period vs. Warranty Period
2.1. Every Product has two separate timeframes:
A. Service Validity Period: The time the Product is intended to function or grant access, exactly as stated on the product page (for example, "30 days of access").
B. Warranty Period: The timeframe within which you may submit a warranty claim. The Warranty Period is always shown on the product page, checkout, or order details and begins upon Product delivery.
2.2. The Warranty Period does not extend, renew, replace, or increase the Service Validity Period in any way.
2.3. Claims may only be made within the Warranty Period and only for problems that occurred during the Service Validity Period.
2.4. Replacements, corrections, or credits do not restart or extend either timeframe unless explicitly stated by us in writing.
3. What Is Covered
Warranty coverage applies exclusively if:
A Product was not delivered or was delivered incompletely;
The Product is unusable or invalid at the time of delivery;
The access, codes, or credentials provided are non-functional at delivery;
The access length or level does not match what was advertised on the product page.
If a covered issue is confirmed within warranty, we may provide one remedy at our sole discretion:
Repair or adjustment of the Product (where technically possible);
Replacement with an equivalent Product; or
Store credit or another alternative remedy.
4. Authorized Forms of Compensation
4.1. Any store credit issued under this Policy may be provided in any of the following forms, entirely at our discretion:
Internal account balance credit;
Promotional credit;
A unique one-time-use discount code or coupon.
4.2. The monetary value of any credit or code shall not exceed the original purchase price of the affected Product.
4.3. Customers are not entitled to choose their preferred form of compensation. The remedy type is determined solely by DiscTools.
4.4. Refunds or monetary reimbursements are not guaranteed and shall only be issued where required by mandatory law or approved by us.
5. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to any issues resulting from:
5.1. User Actions
Changing passwords, security details, recovery information, or ownership data not explicitly permitted.
Sharing Product access with any other person or party.
Transferring or reselling Products without authorization.
5.2. Policy or Terms Violations
Activity that violates third-party rules, acceptable-use policies, or behavioral standards.
Use of automation tools, abnormal login behavior, location manipulation, or other suspicious activity.
5.3. External or Environmental Causes
Suspensions, blocks, restrictions, or terminations issued by third-party platforms or services.
Downtime, outages, system updates, or policy changes by any external service.
Regional restrictions, regulatory blocks, or technical access limitations.
5.4. User Device or Network Issues
Problems caused by browsers, devices, internet connectivity, virtual private networks, proxies, firewalls, or similar environmental conditions.
5.5. Payment Disputes and Abuse
Initiation of chargebacks or disputes through payment providers.
Fraudulent orders or abuse of promotional systems.
Repeated or bad-faith warranty claims.
If any exclusion applies, the warranty is void and no compensation or assistance will be granted.
6. Warranty Claim Requirements
To submit a valid claim, all of the following must be met:
6.1. The claim must be submitted within the stated Warranty Period.
6.2. You must provide adequate proof, which may include:
Order identification or payment confirmation;
Screenshots, recordings, or relevant logs showing the defect;
Any other documentation necessary for verification.
6.3. You must follow our troubleshooting instructions and cooperate during investigation.
Failure to provide sufficient proof or refusal to cooperate may result in claim denial.
7. Claim Resolution
7.1. We retain full discretion in determining whether the Product qualifies for warranty support.
7.2. If eligible, we decide which remedy to apply: repair, replacement, credit, or discount code.
7.3. Once a remedy is delivered, the warranty claim is considered fully resolved.
7.4. Acceptance of any remedy, including replacements, credits, or discount codes, constitutes full and final settlement of the issue and waives any further claims, disputes, chargebacks, or refund demands related to the original order.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. This warranty covers only the Product itself. We are not responsible for:
Any lost data, content, progress, or access unrelated to the Product;
Lost revenue, profits, or opportunities;
Consequential or incidental damages.
8.2. Our total liability shall never exceed the original purchase price of the Product.
9. Third-Party Services
9.1. Products may rely on independent platforms or systems beyond our control.
9.2. We bear no responsibility for their:
Service availability or uptime;
Terms, rules, enforcement actions, or system changes;
Decisions affecting your access or eligibility.
Our warranty applies only to Products as sold by DiscTools, not to external service behavior.
10. Mandatory Consumer Rights
This Policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights granted under applicable law. Where this Policy conflicts with mandatory law, the law shall prevail.
11. Policy Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. The version active at the time of purchase will apply to your order unless a newer version is more beneficial to the consumer.
